Our M&A team advises on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Our lawyers are highly trained in all aspects of M&A work, both asset and equity-based and including restructurings and joint ventures. We have worked in a variety of industry sectors and have advised on major deals in the Turkish marketplace. Our transactional experience is deep and varied, and involves representations in both acquisitions and divestitures.
We are able to handle transactions, which involve tough business or diligence issues, because our Mergers and Acquisitions practice group is organised on a multidisciplinary basis.
