July 01, 2014 is the last day for corporations and limited liability companies to have their company agreements compliant with the new Turkish Commercial Code. Pursuant to Article 22/2 of the Law numbered 6103, there is no quorum requirement and simple majority of the votes will suffice to adopt the necessary changes.
