She has more than fifteen years experience and specialises in negotiation and enforcement of public contracts, restructuring of public and private loans as well as administrative and civil litigation. She also has particular expertise in advising on administrative aspects of real estate projects, including satisfaction of various licensing and authorisation requirements and environmental clearances. On the shipping side, she has extensive experience in both “wet” and “dry” shipping matters. She is regularly called upon by foreign investors for assistance in the establishment and structuring of their Turkish ventures and affiliates.
