Alara completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law at Sorbonne University, followed by a law equivalency programme at Galatasaray University, before joining ErsoyBilgehan in 2024.
Alara’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, as well as contract law, data protection and banking and finance. She provides comprehensive legal advice to domestic and international clients on company incorporations, corporate governance, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance matters.
