The Communiqué on the Reassessment of Minimum Own Funds Requirements for Payment and Electronic Money Institutions, published on January 30, 2025, and effective from June 30, 2025, increases the minimum own funds requirements for payment and electronic money institutions in Türkiye to strengthen financial resilience amid high inflation.
